Tutored tasting and food pairing – Solvay Society, Thursday 9th November

Roman Hochuli from Solvay Society will give a detailed insight into his current beer range. The brewery started in 2014 and specialised in modern takes on Belgian Styles, ranging from common Belgian Blonde to rare Bière de Champagne, and they have won a reputation in the community for their consistent and forward-thinking brewing. On the evening we will pair the drinks with a range of canapés that exemplify the potential interactions between beer and food. On top of that we will compare an all time classic Trappist with a newcomer of the same style. Surprise!Starts at 7.30pm.
